Female and male intimate surgery: Labiaplasty, vaginal rejuvenation and male genital surgery

How it works

This is a consultation that is hard to ask for; it is handled with privacy, without judgment and with the same technical rigor as any other plastic surgery.

Many labiaplasties have a functional indication: chafing against clothing, discomfort during exercise or intercourse. The technique is chosen to preserve sensation and a natural edge.

Is it for me?

  • Labia minora that protrude, become irritated or are asymmetric.
  • Laxity after childbirth.
  • Men with curvature, retraction or a wish for greater girth.

What you should know

How it is done, how to care for it, and what to expect.

General information so you arrive at your consultation with the right questions. Your plan is defined during the consultation.

Technique

  • Labiaplasty by edge trimming or wedge resection, depending on anatomy.
  • Perineoplasty and functional vaginoplasty after childbirth.
  • Penile girth enhancement with your own fat; correction of curvature.

Aftercare

  • Ice and relative rest for 72 hours.
  • Hygiene with water and mild soap; loose clothing.
  • No exercise or intercourse for 4 to 6 weeks.

Results and how long they last

Swelling for 2 to 3 weeks; final result at the third month.

Risks and how they are reduced

Suture separation, asymmetries and, rarely, changes in sensation. Minimized with conservative technique.
