Privacy notice

Dr. Juan José Méndez Treviño, with offices in Real de Peña, Saltillo, Coahuila, is responsible for the processing of your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

Data we collect

Name, phone number, email address and any information you share about your interest in a procedure. During consultation we also collect health data, considered sensitive, with your express consent.

Purposes

• Scheduling and following up on your consultation.
• Building your medical record (Mexican standard NOM-004-SSA3-2012).
• Sending you information about your treatment and care.

ARCO rights

You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data by writing to jjmendez60@yahoo.com.mx. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.

Transfers

Your data is not transferred to third parties, except where required by law or for the provision of medical services (laboratory, hospital), always with the appropriate security measures.
